Who We're Looking For
MedLink Home Care is always seeking dedicated healthcare professionals who share our commitment to compassionate, high-quality home care. We welcome applicants at every experience level and provide the training and mentorship needed to succeed. We are currently seeking candidates in the following roles:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Provide skilled medical assessments, medication management, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education in the home setting.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and care plan execution.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility support, and vital signs monitoring under nursing supervision.
Home Health Aides
Provide personal care assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Physical Therapists
Design and implement rehabilitation programs to restore mobility, strength, and function. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Companion Caregivers
Offer meaningful social engagement, emotional support, light housekeeping, errand assistance, and transportation to improve quality of life.
